What is a good guitar tone to use for a christian worship service?

We are doing a church lock-in and was wondering what are some amp settings to get a good guitar tone to use for it. Not a completely clean sound, but moderately over-driven. I have a Peavey Vypyr 15 modeling amplifier and an Epiphone Les Paul Special II if that helps.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Any answer to your question would be so subjective.

The Peavey amp you have as a ton of built in settings that you can use out of the box or customize, but I would say that it most depends on where you’re playing. Are you in the Sanctuary or the basement? Use less reverb in an area where you’ll get natural reverb. Modify the gain as you see fit. How about you do a sound check?
