Rancho Santa Fe Realtor Don Clark will be providing the musical entertainment for an upcoming charity fund raiser.
Realtor Don Clark of Clark Estates will perform in the upcoming Swing For Kids! charity fundraiser on September 3, 2010 at the Del Mar Country Club in Rancho Santa Fe. The fundraiser event will start with golf at 12:30pm, then cocktails with hors d’oeuvres set for 5pm. Dinner, music, and the live auction will commence at 6pm.
With his talented vocals accompanied by his 6 and 12 string guitar, Clark will provide the musical entertainment, performing songs from the 60’s, 70’s, and the present, as well as his original compositions. Clark supports many local charities, including the Rancho Santa Fe Rotary, Kids Corp. USA, Armed Forces YMCA, Pro Kids Golf Academy, and Friends of San Pasqual Academy, which are all beneficiaries of the Swing For Kids! event. “I hope that my musical abilities will help to uplift and entertain the audience, as well as promote these worthy causes,” says Clark.
A resident of Rancho Santa Fe, Clark is also a Broker with over 20 years of experience, providing full real estate services through his company Clark Estates. Affiliated with Masterpiece Real Estate Associates, Clark serves North County San Diego, including Rancho Santa Fe, North San Diego Coast, Orange County, and parts of South West Riverside County with Temecula and Murrieta.
The North County San Diego area in Southern California is considered as one of the more affluent areas in the region, with most of its cities mentioned in lists of the most expensive zip codes to live. Some notable communities in North County San Diego, like Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, Encinitas, and Carlsbad, are also frequent contenders in Best Places to Live listings by publications like CNN/Money Magazine, making many homebuyers sit up and notice, according to Clark.
“The quality of life here in the North County San Diego area is truly something to be desired,” says Clark. “With its ideal location, good climate, miles of pristine beaches, plus access to outstanding schools, world class amenities and recreational opportunities, prime real estate like Rancho Santo Fe luxury homes and Del Mar luxury homes have become much sought after properties,” he adds.
While the economic downturn contributed to sliding prices, the market seems to be showing signs of recovery, with most prices on the rise in the past few months. “Prices remain strong,” says Clark. “North County San Diego wasn’t totally immune from the effects of the global recession, the fact remains that this region remains among the best places to live. Beachfront communities like Encinitas manage to combine small town charm with the feel of an upscale metropolitan city, resulting in a distinctive quality that draws in buyers,” he states.
